Japanese Learning Support LLC is recruiting Japanese language teachers.

■Applicants must possess professional qualifications. *Teaching qualifications are accepted regardless of whether they are new or old.

1. Passing the Japanese Language Teaching Competency Test

2. Possesses a bachelor's degree or higher and has completed a 420-hour Japanese language teacher training course certified by the Agency for Cultural Affairs.

3. Completion of a major or minor in Japanese language education at a higher education institution.

4. Registered Japanese language teacher

■ Fluency in Japanese

As a specialist, possessing Japanese language proficiency equivalent to that of a native speaker.

■ Having an environment set up for online classes

The facility must have a suitable environment for conducting Japanese language classes, including adequate devices and internet connectivity.

The process after making an inquiry

① Register as a teacher and partner with JLS.

You will be assigned to teach lessons based on your available hours and other conditions.

② Even if you wish to hire us as full-time employees, we will start you off with an outsourcing contract as a trial period.

The above is generally set as a period of approximately three months. As an independent professional teacher aiming to provide one-on-one private lessons, you will learn the ins and outs of lesson management while working on assigned projects. Your compensation upon permanent employment will be determined based on a comprehensive assessment of your teaching volume, proficiency in Japanese language instruction, and work ethic.

As a general rule, your starting compensation will be based on 70% of the lesson's sales price .

Example 1: When you are in charge of (contracted) a 60-minute one-on-one lesson.

2,750 yen (lesson selling price) x 70% → 1,925 yen (reward amount *total including tax)

■ 1,925 yen/hour (1,750 yen before tax x + tax rate 1.1)

Example 2: When you are in charge of (contracted) a 60-minute group lesson for two people.

4,400 yen (lesson selling price) x 70% → 3,080 yen (reward amount *total including tax)

■ 3,080 yen/hour (2,800 yen pre-tax rate x + 1.1% tax rate)

*Payments are processed at the end of each month and transferred on the 15th of the following month.

■Those who have obtained a Japanese language teacher qualification but have no practical experience,

We offer private lessons 365 days a year and accept reservations from overseas students at all times.
