Payment fee
If you transfer funds to an account, please be aware that you will be responsible for any bank fees stipulated by the bank.
Payment period (lesson application)
We offer a free trial lesson for first-time students.
If you are using the service for the first time, please book a trial lesson. It is a free online meeting of about 30 minutes.
[How to apply]
We will design and propose an individual lesson plan for you during the trial lesson. After considering it, please inform the teacher in charge of your application.
We also accept reservations and applications via email or telephone.

After your first (or subsequent) lesson reservation is confirmed, we will guide you through the procedure in accordance with the terms and conditions.
After applying for online Japanese lessons and purchasing tickets (concluding a course contract), when you begin your lessons, please pay the course fee using the above method by the day before your reservation.
The contract will be concluded upon completion of payment of the fee.
Time of service provision (lesson attendance dates)
We accept lesson reservations every day from 7:30 AM to 11:30 PM, 365 days a year. *Japan time
We will provide services (online classes) according to your reservation.
Cancellation of application and mid-term termination
After you have applied, we will accept cancellations of reservations without charge for lessons that have not yet been paid. If we are unable to confirm payment by 7:00 PM Japan time on the day before the reservation date, we will contact you to confirm your reservation. Thank you for your understanding.
If you wish to cancel or terminate your course after applying (after payment and signing of the contract), we will handle the following in accordance with the Specified Commercial Transactions Act.
① Customers who have applied for lessons can cancel the contract in writing or by electromagnetic record within eight days from the date of receipt of the contract document. This is called the "cooling-off period." (Electromagnetic records refer to emails or similar records.)
When a customer exercises the cooling-off period, they are not required to pay any penalty fees or fees for the services they have used.
If we have received any payment from you in relation to the contract, we will promptly refund the full amount. The cost of the refund will be borne by us.
*Customers who have applied for or purchased services by credit card payment must immediately notify their credit card company that they have requested cancellation of the contract, and must provide a separate written notice in accordance with the Installment Sales Act.
② If the cooling-off period is obstructed by our false information or threats to the customer, the customer may exercise the cooling-off period if they receive a written statement from us stating that they are entitled to exercise the cooling-off period stipulated in the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry Ordinance, and if they receive this written statement again from us within eight days from the date on which they receive the relevant explanation again.
③ The cooling-off period will become effective when the customer sends a written or electromagnetic record to our company.
You may cancel your lesson reservations midway through even if the cooling-off period has passed.
You may terminate this Agreement midway by notifying us in writing or by electromagnetic means. In this case, you will be required to pay the following fees as a termination fee.
In the event of termination before the end of the contract, the maximum amount that we can claim from the contractor is the total of the consideration for the service, the amount of damages that would normally arise from termination before the end of the contract, or the amount of expenses normally required to conclude and perform this contract, and the amount of late fees for damages on these, under the Specified Commercial Transactions Act.
■ In the case of cancellation before the service begins
15,000 yen (maximum amount)
This fee will be paid as the cost required for entering into and fulfilling the contract.
■ In the case of cancellation after the service has started
Settlement amount = Total amount paid - ① Consideration for services provided - ② Cancellation fee
① Compensation for the service provided (service fee per use x number of uses)
② Cancellation fee: 50,000 yen or 20% of the remaining contract amount (unused service amount), whichever is lower
*Please note that contracts cannot be terminated midway once the service provision period has expired.
Please note that in principle, if the application details (course contract) do not fall under the Specified Commercial Transactions Act, we will not be able to refund the course fee, including any handling fees.
Regarding the preservation of advance payments
For accounting purposes, tuition fees that have already been paid are properly recorded as advance payments, but no other protection measures such as insurance are taken.
Matters concerning the connection of defense rights under the Installment Sales Act
We do not offer installment sales of lesson tickets.
Terms and conditions for changing reservation dates
For online Japanese lessons, just like with face-to-face classroom plans and private tutor plans, please contact us by 7pm (Japan time) the day before the lesson if you need to cancel. If you cancel after this time, regardless of the reason, a cancellation fee of 100% of the lesson fee will be charged.
If you notify us of your cancellation by 7:00 AM the day before the lesson, in accordance with the rules, we will reschedule the lesson to a date of your choice free of charge.
