●Registered Japanese language teachers

●Those who have passed the Japanese Language Teaching Proficiency Test

Those who have a bachelor's degree or higher and have completed a 420-hour Japanese language teacher training course certified by the Agency for Cultural Affairs

Those who majored or minored in Japanese language education at a higher education institution (university or graduate school)

If you meet one or more of the above requirements, your application will be accepted.

Please refer to the following for other matters required for application.

-■You must like the Japanese language or something about Japan and have confidence in it.

Since my job involves conveying Japanese culture (through linguistics), I am always proud to be able to guide my clients, the learners, through their language training. Nationality is not an issue, but language skills of a native Japanese speaker or higher are essential.

-■Being healthy

The job of a professional teacher requires a cheerful, clear and responsible attitude, and the determination to never miss a scheduled lesson.

-■ Foreign language ability

If you have skills, it's great to add value to your work in the area of personal skills. We welcome people with foreign language skills. However, to apply for our teaching job, being fluent in Japanese as a native speaker is a sufficient entry requirement.

-■ About your teaching experience

Experience in any form, whether in school, private lessons, or as a volunteer, is invaluable, but it is not a prerequisite to start working at our company. We also welcome applications from those with no experience as Japanese language teachers. The most important motivations for running a good class are enthusiasm and curiosity, so let's start with us from the very first step.

-■About the Internet environment

This is essential for online classes. Please ensure that you have a good enough connection to smoothly carry out tasks associated with the class, such as creating and editing documents and sharing your screen, while making a video call.

*We are able to accommodate enquiries regarding face-to-face classes only, however being able to run online lessons will broaden the scope of your responsibilities.

-■Operation of electronic devices

Required. *As above, and also for general business purposes such as work related to lessons.

If you have any other concerns, please feel free to contact us by phone or email.

I've tried to highlight the key points of the process from applying for a job at our company to being hired and starting work. I hope this gives you an idea of the outline.

Please feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns you may have about applying, or if you have any questions about starting your business.

Our company sells tickets for both online and face-to-face lessons under almost the same conditions, but learning through online meetings has advantages such as allowing you to make use of busy time and being able to take lessons in the relaxing environment of your own room, while face-to-face lessons have the same sense of realism.

It is not recommended to choose one plan over the other in terms of achieving better learning outcomes in terms of learning Japanese itself, so the plan you purchase will depend on your convenience and preferences.

This is no different for teachers, but I think that by teaching online as a profession, they can discover a different kind of life-work balance every day .

"If I work through online lessons, I can work completely from home!"

- You can balance your schedule with your family, side jobs, etc. Of course, you will need a certain amount of vitality, but you should be able to take on economic activities that are impossible with a commuter job.

- You can work comfortably even in summer and winter, so you can work calmly. You don't have to worry about transportation problems, and commuting time is added to your own time, so it's efficient.

- You can work from anywhere! Our office is in Shinjuku, but you can work as one of our employees (teammates) no matter where you live, and you can even get work done while traveling, for example.

Of course, you will need to prepare an internet connection and take into consideration the surrounding environment, such as the room in which you keep your computer, and it's not all convenient, but I believe that engaging in online work can offer great potential in helping to enrich your life.

Finally, I would like to tell you two things that I believe are essential if you want to succeed in your personal professional career as a Japanese language teacher.

Private lessons require a commercial sense of selling the improvement of skills.

In online lessons, the passion conveyed through video calls will be the fuel that determines the results of your studies.

Thank you very much for reading the article about Japanese Learning Support LLC's job information today.

We would like to express our sincere gratitude for your interest in our Japanese language teaching services.

We look forward to receiving applications from individuals who wish to work as Japanese language teachers.

We hope that we can make a good connection and that our work can be of help to you.
