"Country Mouse and City Mouse"
A mouse living in a meadow in the countryside and a mouse living in a house in the city became friends.
One day, a country mouse said to a city mouse,
"Next time, come visit me at my house! I'll treat you to delicious food."
"That's good! I'm looking forward to it."
The city mouse happily went to the country mouse's house.
The country mouse was also delighted to have a visitor, and immediately laid out the delicacies that had been gathered for the occasion.
However, it was nuts and beans, and the city mouse was astonished.
"What, is this your feast? You don't eat this in the city."
"Hey, then what kind of food do you want to eat?"
When the country mouse rolled his eyes and listened, the city mouse laughed and said,
"Well then, let's go to my house together now. I'll give you something delicious to eat."
And the two of them left for the mouse's house in the city.
The city mouse lived in a very large mansion.
said the Country Mouse in amazement.
"Is this your house? That's amazing!"
"Come on, let's go inside and eat!"
The city mouse proudly showed us around.
The room is covered with a large red carpet, and in the middle is a large wooden table on which many delicacies are laid out.
The city mouse quickly climbed to the table and fetched many cheeses and grapes.
"Come on."
"Wow, thank you. This is a feast in the city! Really amazing."
When the country mouse was about to eat the cheese, there was a loud bang.
Looking back, the door opened and a human entered the room.
"It's serious!! Hide!"
The two of them panicked and hid in the gaps of the furniture.
Humans who entered the room left as soon as they grabbed some food.
"Phew, it was dangerous. It's all right now. Let's have a feast."
said the City Mouse in relief.
Then another person entered the room.
"Wow, hide!"
The two hurriedly hid in the gap again.
Humans are reluctant to leave their rooms.
They wondered what would happen if humans found them.
My body was shaking and my heart was pounding.

Finally the man left the room.
Then the country mouse said,
"I'm going home. You can eat this feast. Well then."
"What's wrong? The feast here must have been delicious. If you'd like, let's live together here."
The city mouse said in amazement.
Then the country mouse looked dumbfounded and said,
"It's true that it's wonderful to be able to eat a sumptuous feast, but I don't want to live in fear every day so that people won't find me. Living in the countryside where I can live in peace, even if I'm poor, suits me. ”
And the Country Mouse quickly packed up his things and went home.
How was it.
Life in the city looked good at first, but once you experience it, it seems to be quite difficult. The phrase "needing for something you don't have," which makes you want something you don't have, or the phrase "the grass next door looks greener," which makes you want something that someone else has, may be perfect.
