"Ant and Kirigirisu"
On a hot summer day, the ants were sweating and working.
Let's move the big luggage! Let's all carry it, let's go!
Seeing this, Kirigiri and others said.
"Hey, Mr. Ali, let's sing together. What are you doing sweating so much?"
"This is Mr. Kirigirisu, we are carrying food."

Kirigiri and others were walking, shivering in the cold.

Kirigiri and the others rushed to the ants' house.
At that time, the ants were relaxing and warm in the house.
"It doesn't matter when it snows."
"There's plenty of food, too."
At that time, ton ton ton….
"Hey, who is that...?"
When he opened the door, there were thin squirrels standing there.
"Ali, we're all too hungry to die..."
"Please give me some food."
The ants looked at the squirrels and said,
"So I told you to collect it during the summer when there is a lot of food, right? We only have food for our family at home, so I'm sorry, but I can't give it to Mr. Kirigiri."
And then I slammed the door shut.
The squirrels staggered and disappeared into the north wind.
Whoooooooo...

It was a story that those who enjoy playing will eventually suffer.

When I was in elementary school, I had a hard time doing my summer homework, so I had to do it as soon as possible at the end of the summer vacation! I remember being panicked. Speaking of ants, we have an image of carrying a lot of food every day and working hard, but do you know the "rule of worker ants"?
In a group of ants, not all ants work hard. Actually, there is an ant who is skipping work. The ratio of hard working ants, occasional slacking, and constant slacking is 2:6:2.
Of these, what happens if you collect 20% of the ants that work well and only ants that are slacking? 20% of the rest of the stray ants become hard working ants, so the ratio is 2:6:2. It's funny, is not it?
So why is this happening? You might think that if everyone worked, they would be more efficient and get food faster. But ants actually work very efficiently. Even 20% of hard working ants get tired and want to rest sometimes. At that time, the ants who have been slacking until now will do their job. In other words, you are resting instead of slacking off. It's very clever that everyone works at the same time to avoid not everyone working at the same time.
